This study aims to reconstruct the paradigm of Qur’anic interpretation, which has long been dominated by phallocentric perspectives and masculine ideology, through the development of the Musyârakah Method as a participatory and egalitarian interpretive approach. Based on dialogical epistemology, this method proposes hermeneutical collaboration between male and female exegetes to liberate Qur’anic interpretation from patriarchal bias. Employing a qualitative library-based approach with critical, maqāṣidī, and contextual hermeneutical analysis, the study finds that masculine ideology has shaped interpretive structures that normalize gender hierarchy and reinforce male authority in both classical and modern exegesis. The Musyârakah Method introduces four operational stages: (1) ideological identification, (2) cross-gender hermeneutic collaboration, (3) maqāṣidī synthesis, and (4) social meaning production. Through a case study of QS. al-Nisā’ [4]:34, this research demonstrates that interpretive dialogue between male and female exegetes produces new meanings that are more just and complementary. Theoretically, this method contributes to the field of Indonesian Islamic hermeneutics (Hermeneutika Islam Nusantara) by affirming the principles of reciprocity (mubādalah), justice (al-‘adl), and social benefit (al-maṣlaḥah). Thus, the Musyârakah Method is not merely a methodological innovation but a new paradigm of gender-just Qur’anic interpretation relevant to contemporary Islamic studies.
