Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Karakter dalam Amaliyah Tadris (Praktik Mengajar)
Studi Kasus di Pondok Pesantren Darul Amanah Sukorejo Kendal
Abstract
Education plays a very important role in forming a person's character. Islamic boarding schools or boarding schools are closely related to character education which aims to train the mental health of its students including attitudes, knowledge, skills and various activities in Islamic boarding schools. This research aims to examine the values of character education in amaliyah tadris (teaching practice). This type of research is field research. The research approach uses a phenomenological approach. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation methods. The data analysis method uses: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are amaliyah tadris, namely activities in the form of teaching exercises carried out by class VI TMI students in a guided manner to acquire teaching skills and as one of the requirements for completing the program. Through this amaliyah tadris activity, there are various kinds of character education at the stages of implementing amaliyah tadris. The character education values in amaliyah tadris include: Responsible, honest, mutual help, disciplined, creative, critical and communicative character.
